Murgh Palak aka Chicken & Spinach

I bag spinach, wash, blanch and puree with a cup of corriander leaves.

6 pods of garlic chopped
2 green chillies
1 onion sliced
1/2 cup yoghurt
Spices Spices 1 tsp each, turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander and garam masala powders.

2 Pounds chicken preferably boneless thigh cut in strips.
Spices 1 tsp each, turneric, red chilly powder, coriander and garam masala powders
Juice of half a lemon

Marinate the chicken and saute.

Heat some oil, saute the garlic and chillies. Add the onion and cook till translucent. Add the yoghurt. Add the ground spinach and coriander puree and a little water. Let boil for a minute and add salt to taste. Add the sauteed chicken. Cover and cook for a few minutes.
