Tandoori shrimp


Seriously, this is super easy to make. Great eaten as a snack, or can be used as part of a fancy appetizer or eaten with dhal and rice.

2 pounds tiger shrimp washed and de-veined.
Juice of a lemon
2 tbsps Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp tandoori spice powder
Salt and pepper

Marinate the shrimp with all the ingredients from overnight to 10 mins. Sauté in pan with some oil till crispy, flip and cook.
