Paneer with green peppers


This is a super easy side to make if your not vegetarian. Most of the work is in the chopping. Paneer is a natural and bland pressed cheese. I find that cutting it smaller allows for it to take on more flavor. Enjoy!

1 medium red onion cut fine
1 large green pepper cut fine
1 green chilly cut fine
400 gms firm paneer cut into small cubes
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1 tbsp pavbhaji masala(can use curry spice)
Salt

Heat some oil and fry the onions and chillies till the onion is translucent. Add the green peppers and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside. Fry the chopped paneer till golden brown on all sides. Add the haldi, chilli and spice powders. Add salt.
Return the onion, chillies and green peppers to the pan cover and cook for a minute.
