Lahori Fish

This is a delicious batter that is great coating any kind of filet fish. A special from Lahore, Pakistan, this fish is fried in a crispy batter. Great as a snack, appetizer or even a main snack.

1 lb tilapia filets(or any other kind of fish)
Marinate this insalt and the juice of have a lime

3/4 cup chickpea flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tsp each ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric or haldi
1 tsp cumin or jeera powder
1 tsp coriander or dhania powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
3 tsps red chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin or jeera seeds
3 tsps coriander or dhania seeds
1/2 tsp dried fenugreek or kasuri methi

Mix all the batter ingredients together till a nice runny consistency. Dip the fish in the batter and fry.
