Red Masala Fish Curry

As long as you have premade red masala on hand, this curry is a breeze. Even if you have to make the paste from scratch, it's still pretty easy!

500 gms Basa(or any other fish fillets) cut in 2 inch pieces.
4 tbsps red masala paste
3 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 onion sliced
Salt
Pepper
1 cup water
Chopped coriander
Oil
Heat some oil in a saute pan. Add the red masala paste and fry for a minute. Add the tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper, stir and cover for a few minutes till the tomatoes are soft. Add the water stir and bring to a boil. Gently place the fish in the gravy. Cook for 5 mins, turn over gently if required but avoid stirring since the fish will break. Add chopped coriander.
