My Top 5 Holiday Appetizers

Perfect for Thanksgiving & the Holiday season, here are my top 5 appetizers to put some sparkle into your soiree or holiday gathering this season.

This is one of my more recent creations. Everyone loved Butter Chicken and everyone loves meatballs – put them together and it's a no brainer. The meatballs can be prepared ahead and frozen and simply defrosted and folded into the sauce when needed. Watch Video for step by step instructions.

These are so cute, tasty and also really economical to feed a large gathering. Watch Video for step by step instructions.

Originally considered street food, the addition of chicken elevates this to a 'soiree friendly' appetizer. You can fry up small batches to order or fry ahead and leave in the oven to crisp up. Watch Video for step by step instructions.

I love this one because it's packed with flavour but also a hearty appetizer. Watch Video for step by step instructions.

I can't not pick this one. This recipe won be a top 3 place in the Recipe to Riches National TV show in the appetizer category on CBC. Make the Bollypops ahead of time and just leave in the oven to crisp up. This appetizer contains Chicken but if you need a vegetarian option, just leave the chicken out. To balance out some of the complexities of the other appetizers, this is a super simple app to put together. Watch Video for step by step instructions.
